Having a hard time staying on the positive side of life? Try keeping a Blessings journal, writing down all the things/people you have been blessed with.
Also start a Gratitude Journal, writing down EVERY little thing you are grateful for, hairbrushes to water & see how your life lights up :)

By reminding ourselves of the things and people we have been blessed with, however small or insignificant it may seem, reading it will remind you of how blessed you are. Writing out the grateful items will bring you to a place of thankfulness that you have come as far as you have & keep you going!

    I love Gratitude Journals! I have one and every night I pick 5 things that I am grateful for, it really helps keep perspective.
