Don't let a vacation keep you from eating healthy and working out. I plan my workouts even while on a cruise recently. I felt so much better knowing my food choices were a little "richer" than normal yet within my healthy guidelines. Another victory for a healthy lifestyle change!

    i found this encouraging since i am going on vacation on saturday and am stressing alittle about foods. checked out the website of the hotel and they have a gym so i will use that and where we are staying has a kitchen so i discussed my anxiety with my spouse and he said we can eat in all breakfasts and lunches and maybe just go out for dinner every other nite. this made me feel better. i know i'll probably drink some wine but i am going to try and avoid the frozen bar drinks that taste like a desert. thanks again

    Yes, I'm going on a cruise in the middle of my 100-day challenge. It will certainly not keep me from working out.
