On my puffed wheat cereal in the morning, I sprinkle cinnamon on it, FF milk, and 1/2 banana. The cinnamon keeps your blood sugars leveled! emoticon

    I love sprinkling cinnamon on my hot oatmeal. I do put a rounded tsp. at least ,but once it's mixed in it doesn't seem like too much, it's just right. Love it.
