I'm clumsy at work and often get pen ink on my clothes. The quick and easy removal is hairspray. Just spray the spot, dab with papertowel or a cloth, repeat until stain is gone then wash the clothing to get out the hairspray!

I discovered this tip years ago and it really works. Sometimes I have to let the hair spray sit a bit to get a really bad ink stain out...like Sharpie. Just be sure that the fabric is durable.
