I recently hit a mental plateau - my body and my mind were not in agreement with my workout regime. My mind decided it was bored with what we were doing and made it real easy to cut my workouts short. I needed a new plan of action - totally revamped my workout.
I am incorporating jump roping, treadmill, walking outside, weight lifting, using body weight, just mixing it up daily to not only shake myself up mentally, but physically as well.

After exercising in the mornings; I make a fruit smoothie (1/2 banana, 3 small strawberries, 1/8 cup organic vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup water and one scoop of whey protein powder) for rejuvenation. This powerful drink helps to get my day off with a super bang!
Use a Magic Bullet or Vita Mix to blend all ingredients.
Tibetan monks Rites of Rejuvenation401 Ding these five movements daily has helped me to relieve stress ,stretch,and feel stronger .When I don't have time for a full length workout this fits the bill day or night.I started off doing three reps of each rite and have made progress in getting closer to 21 reps of each movement.I would highly recommend picking up the book or borrowing from the library ,Ancient Secret Of The Fountain Of Youth by Peter Kelder,Foreword by Bernie S.
