I recently hit a mental plateau - my body and my mind were not in agreement with my workout regime. My mind decided it was bored with what we were doing and made it real easy to cut my workouts short. I needed a new plan of action - totally revamped my workout.
I am incorporating jump roping, treadmill, walking outside, weight lifting, using body weight, just mixing it up daily to not only shake myself up mentally, but physically as well.
