If you are disabled it is very hard to exercise so what I did was buy two one pound weights dumbbells and some 2 pound ankle weights and wear the weights on my ankles all day so that even when I get up tp use the bathroom I am exercising.
As I am disabled and can't walk far, I now go swimming every day. I workout in the water- physiotherapy and hydrotherapy exercises. I do this for an hour alternating from my exercises and swimming.243265
