I'm disabled, I don't let it stop me. I exercise by using the Wii. I play tennis, (great cardio workout), B-ball, Bowling, and Golf. Also, the balance board, Yoga. So, if you think you have an excuse, think again.

If you are disabled it is very hard to exercise so what I did was buy two one pound weights dumbbells and some 2 pound ankle weights and wear the weights on my ankles all day so that even when I get up tp use the bathroom I am exercising.
As I am disabled and can't walk far, I now go swimming every day. I workout in the water- physiotherapy and hydrotherapy exercises. I do this for an hour alternating from my exercises and swimming.243265

I am also on a calorie controlled diet and eat lots of fruit never used to have breakfast but now I think of it as the most important meal of the day. I also take acai berry, but, be warned, if buying from the internet, check conditions, as free sample does not always apply!!! Lost 3 st since Jan.
