Whatever it is you want in life, the outcome is determined in a large part by your attitude toward it and about it. Yes, losing weight is difficult and sometimes long, but so was becomoing overweight a long process. When you think you just can't anymore, read the success stories of those who did.

Not everybody loses weight or achieves goals at the same rate. Don't be discouraged if you have not lost weight or if you missed your goal. Set a new goals, continue to live healthy, making a few more healthy changes, one being a postive and grateful outlook on life. Life is meant to be enjoyed!

    My accounting manager and I often talked about "PERCEPTION" of things is your true reality. It does not matter that the true facts of a matter is, it is all what we perceive them to be.
