Whatever it is you want in life, the outcome is determined in a large part by your attitude toward it and about it. Yes, losing weight is difficult and sometimes long, but so was becomoing overweight a long process. When you think you just can't anymore, read the success stories of those who did.
Not everybody loses weight or achieves goals at the same rate. Don't be discouraged if you have not lost weight or if you missed your goal. Set a new goals, continue to live healthy, making a few more healthy changes, one being a postive and grateful outlook on life. Life is meant to be enjoyed!

Write a letter to yourself a week from now, anticipating how you might perform (or perceive your performance) during that week. Encourage yourself and call yourself out on your excuses - write whatever you believe is needed for where you are - and read that same letter in seven days. During those days keep that letter in mind. Try to 'earn' the feeling of encouragement you wrote down for yourself, or maybe even prove wrong the doubts you wrote down by doing something opposite everyday! (Repeat!)
