We grill lots of meat about once a month... chicken breast, pork tenderloin, turkey or chicken sausage, etc. I freeze it all in single serving size portions. Makes packing lunch a breeze! Thaw out the night before, or cook something with it!

    I also cook large batches of chicken, turkey or beef and freeze them. I have taken as long as three moonths to finish everything and they keep fresh frozen.

    I'm curious...about how long will it last? I'm always afraid to do that and does it taste alright? I've cooked about 8 chicken breasts for the week, and was pre-packing my lunches, but would just put them in the fridge and by about Wednesday (I would prepare them on Sunday), I wouldn't want to eat it anymore because I was afraid they would be bad. I might be able to stick with it better though, if I had a variety of meat to choose from, instead of taking chicken 5 days a week.
