I EAT! Years of starvation diets didn't work. I pay more attention to how much fats and proteins I'm eating than anything else because THOSE are MY issues. AND I WALK! Every day, I walk at least 1 mile, but I aim for somewhere between 2 and 5 miles. Track everything!

I am always hungry because I am used to overeating. When I was doing Jenny Craig my consultant asked what would happen if I was hungry. She reminded me that I am not starving to death, and I will still be able to eat my next snack or meal. Being hungry won't kill me, or even cause any long term problems. It's okay if I'm hungry sometimes, meeting my goal is more important!
