I EAT! Years of starvation diets didn't work. I pay more attention to how much fats and proteins I'm eating than anything else because THOSE are MY issues. AND I WALK! Every day, I walk at least 1 mile, but I aim for somewhere between 2 and 5 miles. Track everything! emoticon
