Shhhh.... I sometimes view Spark People while at work - LOL I make every effort to do Spark Team challenges, but doing booty kicks in a dress and heels at work isn't gonna happen. I set reminders on my cellphone to do my daily fitness challenge. When the alarm sounds I know what time it is!

Sit on your fitness ball @ your computer as a reminder to workout.
We are so often seeking our motivation & so many of us love to spark. I keep my fitness ball by my computer and sit on it when I spark. It is my reminder to workout. Might help you, try it. Victoria
When I set up my Goal Board, one of the little banners that pops up is "I want to reduce the stress in my life." It is a daily reminder that in addition to taking care of my fitness and eating habits, I also need to have plans that help me deal with emotional and mental stress. It makes me feel more in control and empowered to change negative situations that arise. I am a much more calm and happy person with that simple reminder every day.
Every time I think of it during the day, I hold my stomach in for a count of 10 (or 20) and then release slowly. You would be surprised how quickly this tightens your stomach muscles and make a flat tummy!
