A cup of coffee in the morning from home or Starbucks makes me use the restroom more often, in turn forcing me to loose more weight. Coffee in moderation is a great push on weight loss.

I am not sure how this theory "works"... what goes in must come out when it comes to liquid. If you were drinking water in the morning, the same thing will apply. The only weight you are loosing is water, the water you just added to your body. Coffee does not make you loose weight because it makes you use the restroom more.
