If you get a craving for salty foods and the crunch aspect, have some carrots and celery on hand and a light salad dressing. Dip the veggies in the dressing.
Hunkering for sweets? Try an apple with cheese, or yogurt with fresh fruit of your choice. Works wonders!

Try and limit the number of times you give in to cravings. Sometimes all it takes is a large bottle/glass of really cold water from the tap. mmm mmmm mmmm

    I love chips and salsa. I substitute water chestnuts and salsa. Still crunchy without the fat and calories.
