  • We had a 18 foot round pool, the kind with the blow up ring around the top. We used it for 3 years until the kids got too big. We really did enjoy it and gave it to someone else when we got our permanent pool. We did, however go through 3 pumps. It was well worth our money, and did take daily maintenance emoticon - by LOSEIT789
My daughter has one and her kids loved it last summer (3 and 5 years old). She did have problems with cats clawing it and had to fix the leaks once in a while. I know she also drained it often to keep it clean. - by INUNISON

We have a 15 x 48. It is quite nice. We have not had a problem with the pump not being strong enough but you do have to change the filter quite often. We also put bleach in the pool instead of cholorine as cholorine is too strong for this type of pool. You just need to buy a pool testing kit to keep levels safe. - by ANNMARIEB82009
  • I had one last year and loved it. The only problem was getting the gunk out of the bottom of it (sand, etc.) The filter that came with it wasn't strong enough to vacuum, and the portable vacs weren't fine enough to get out the silt. So I had a great time, but by the end of a couple of weeks the water was starting to look like a natural pond. - by KITKATSNOTFAT
