I have trouble sleeping most nights. Last night I got a good 8.5 hours. I am amazed at how much easier it was to get motivated this morning.

    just bought those little eye shades...they actually help keep out the light and make you sleep more restfully

    I agree....it is like a special gift to sleep most of the night when normally you are tossing and turning, willing yourself to rest, but you can't.
