Romano Cheese is saltier than Parmesean. Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Brie and Camebert cheeses are aged with penicillin, so if you are allegic to penicillin these may not be the best choice for you. Blue cheeses tend to be salty and sharp and get a smell that resembles stinky feet because of the mold & bacteria that grows on the cheese. Cottage cheese is low in fat and carbs & very high in protein.
