Tough day at the office? Laid off and no office? Give a cat or dog some affection. Animals can help you de-stress and lower your blood pressure.
If you can't have an animal with you in your home, volunteer a bit of time at your local shelter. The animals appreciate it, and you'll feel better too.

    I have two furry children, none of the other kind. My two girls are so happy to see me when I get home from work i can't help but feel good. Course they also want to head straight out for our evening walk. So I also get exercise. Both put me in a good mood.
