In gettin my exercises done, I wake up like any other, wanting to sleep some, I get up with pep ups like hopping and jumping to the loo. I run to the kitchen, I walk to get my fruits at the groceries, or walk to get my magazine, I generally create stuff to spurr me on!
Benefits are that I get my exercises done by the time Im through with all that, works most especially for walking, and I love going to the gym with a buddy, I simply have friends who are as goal oriented as I am!
