When I am off track, I stop logging honestly, and 'forget' that I ate things. Then I realized, not logging everything is only lying to myself. I need to be honest with myself to be successful. Now I log everything! :)43
Remember: logging everything your eat is the first major step in realizing your habits. Not being honest in your log does not mean your body isn't going to metabolize the food, so you might as well put it into your log!
I need to be more active with logging in what I intake a day. I know I should, but how? Maybe I can record what I eat and then on Saturdays I can log everything in. I don't know. That's my secret. I know what I'm eating, it's just logging it in on the computer. 198213
