between meals, when I want something to snack on, I pop a stick of SF gum in my mouth, That way it gives my mouth something to do, keeps it moist when I exercise, and also burns up calories at the same time! emoticon

    This is also what I do, if I have a piece of gum in my mouth I don't want to throw it out to eat something. It works great..
