If my mind keeps telling me over and over that I want something, I'll say to myself "OK, it's 8pm now, I can have something at 9pm" Then I'll get get onto other things and by 9pm if I still really want it, I can have it but often the moment passes and I don't end up picking emoticon

    I used to do the same thing with donuts at work. If there are still donuts left by 2pm I could have one. I'm so over them now....Great Idea...it works!! emoticon
