Aside from the nutritional and fitness tracking, the recipes are one of the best features on SP! I have had a blast cooking new, healthy foods that family has enjoyed as well. And SO easy to import into tracker, cookbooks, etc!!! Give it a try!

I found that using Spark Recipes and submitting new ones is such a help to accurately keeping up with nutrition needs. I enjoy the Recipe Box, Cookbook, and search features the best!
If my husband and I are in the mood for ice cream we take a frozen banana and throw it in a blender with a little bit of milk and some vanilla or almond extract.
