Years ago I started writing in a "joy" book. Each day I added at least one thing that brought me joy. I lost the book for years, but happened upon it while cleaning. It is amazing how writing (and later reading) one small happy incident or memory each day can lift your spirits.
I feel that life is short and we should make the most of if! Think Positive, FIND some joy in every day and in evertything you do. Share that joy ( and your smile with others.) If you have a positive joy filled attitude can move mountains and it will enable you to accomplish great things. Think YOU can and.....you will find that YOU CAN! Baby steps formed, turn into giant strides.....so SMILE and have a sparkalicous day!
