I started with 10 min 3 times per week and while I was at work i had to incorporate walking in place, yoga poses, arm and leg exercises, stretching, drinking water, and meditation. I work 13 hr days so this keeps me active and moving throughout the day.I start my day with my treadmill and it gets me started an focus for the rest of my day.
