Dining Out - Save Half Your Portion Before You Eat

When ordering your food at a restaurant, ask for a To Go container at the same time. When your food (and the container) arrives, take half and put it away immediately.
The benefits you gain from this approach: 1. You have a 2nd meal to enjoy later 2. You won't be tempted to eat "everything" at once. 3. You will have cleaned your plate just like "mom" wants you to!

Half that portion! I half the portion of whatever i'm about to eat. If it can't be halved without wasting part then I don't eat it Example: Sandwich you can half & save for later...cookie you would have to share if a person is available or throw the half away if you have no one to share it with.
