Put two tablespoons of dried cranberries and 10-12 almonds in small bags and keep them in your desk. They're a relatively quiet, scent free snack. They're also very filling and satisfying because not only is there protein, but the cranberries are sweet!

This snack is amazing! You have 6 ounces of fat free Greek Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries, and 1-2 packets of Splenda. It feel like a cheat snack that gives me my sweet tooth fix, while burning fat!
This makes a great mid-afternoon snack because it is lower in carbs and higher in protein.
