I learned to love black coffee by "refreshing" my coffee without adding more milk and sugar. When you're about 1/3 through your cup with milk and sugar, add some more black coffee, but no milk or sugar. Over the course of weeks, you'll get used to less milk and sugar, and can wean yourself off!

I learned that when I crave sugar, the best thing I can do is drink black coffee! Bitter is the opposite of sweet. ( and I truly enjoy black coffee). When I do this, my sugar craving goes away completely! Try it!
