Pack your lunch 4 days a week to save money, then buy a low-cost lunch (Subway would be a good choice!) as a treat. This way you keep your lunch costs low but don't feel deprived (if you like eating out, that is!)
Presenting food with more interest to make it more appealing and desirable to eat; I reuse the containers from salads purchased at Subway - the portion size is perfect for me, and it fools me into thinking I'm getting a'fab' salad from somewhere better than my own kitchen.
I have to remember, that whatever the scale says...I own it. Whatever foods get recorded...I own it. The exercise done for the day...I own it. If good things take place, there is a reason for that...I own it. The same is true in reverse. Bad results? They are mine. I own them, too.
