When you have a setback, & you feel disgusted/depressed at yourself, STOP. Take the feeling of disgust and make that feeling into a feeling of DETERMINATION. In the past I let it ruin my progress,But now I just look at the number on the scale and say to myself: I've come too far to RUIN my efforts!

Once I tell myself I've come to far to let this setback make me lose control, then I feel better and STRONGER and I can carry on with pride instead of disgust. It works for me. ...and secondly: everytime u say NO to something fattening, feel EMPOWERED! ...and embelish that!

Every time I think of it during the day, I hold my stomach in for a count of 10 (or 20) and then release slowly. You would be surprised how quickly this tightens your stomach muscles and make a flat tummy!
