Feeling overwhelmed and losing discipline can be hard to rebound from. I start back when I'm sluggish by a 15 min. walk adding several 3 minute breaks through the day for exercise. It loosens me up and begins the energy. Combining that with 6 snack size healthy meals and I have retrieved the vision.

  • I am having trouble getting motivated to start Sparkspeople, so decided to read something motivational to make me want to do this again. I have back problems and use a cane, so walking is hard for me. I can get on my recumbent bike for 15 minutes instead though. Hoping to work up to doing this through the day like you suggested to get my energy up, and gain some enthusiasm to do the food diary emoticon in Sparks too. - by MYSLIMPLAN
