My friend and I hit the dance club on weekends! The music pumps you up and it doesn't matter if you can actually dance or not because you just move!
As a cool off in between dancing, we get our hands stamped and go for a walk around the block...not only are we still exercising with the walking, but we can people watch since the city is so alive on friday or saturday night even at 1am!

Using SplashShopper (or any phone app) for a master to-to list and daily selecting the to-dos off the master list.
Many tasks need repeated on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. I am find I eed a separate work and home list. By using a list program to enter master tasks, e.g. dish washing, I can review my master list and select what tasks need attention today. My phone is always with me to keep me on track.
Don't dispair if you've slipped (or jumped) off the wagon of improving healthly habits. Just choose one thing (ex: more fruit and veggies) to do as consistently as you can, and when you've mastered that, add another habit. Even just 10 minutes of walking every day will add up, and you'll find yourself walking longer than that before you know it.
Build on 'small' successes until you've 'mastered' it all.....one baby step at a time.
Trick yourself into exercising by using the Wii or similar device. Get moving for a small amount of time and then build up to 60 plus minutes. Soon you will enjoy exercise and want to try other things.
I like Just Dance 1 and 2, My Fitness Coach, and Gold's Gym Dance Workout.
