One of my goals is to get to bed earlier so I can get up earlier & do just exactly what you said. I bought one of Leslie Sasone's Walk at Home DVDs and hope to be able to get up in the mornings & walk. Thanks for the confirmation that this is the right thing to do. Now I just have to do it

I *may* give this a shot this week - thanks for the reminder that if you get it done right away in the a.m., nothing can come up during the day to stop you from getting your work out in :)

That is so awesome!! :) I know you both can do it!! Let me know how it works out for you. In terms of weight management, my eating has always been my problem, but I've been exercising for the past eight years almost every day due to my "exercise in the morning" routine--and I find the rare days I miss are when I can't exercise in the morning! Thank you so much for the commenting and the encouragement--I just joined the site today and I'm so glad I did.
