When you are in a stall dont change to many things at one time. Make one change and stick with it for at least two weeks before you change something else. This gives your body time to adjust and maybe start dropping. If you change to much at one time you wont know what it was that got you to start dropping the weight again.

It's amazing what little changes you'll make when you think that there really is someone looking at what you log. Those little changes add up and eventually those choices you are making because someone else may see, will turn into a way of life and better choices made for yourself.
