"Whatever else be lost among the years, Let us keep Christmas still a shining thing: Whatever doubts assail us, or what fears, Let us hold close one day, remembering Its poignant meaning for the hearts of men. Let us get back our childlike faith again." -- Grace Noll Crowell
True freedom comes in knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord. This is a freedom not only in the life you know live, but also in the life in the hereafter. It's a freedom from sin, death and the grave; and it can be found only in Christ Jesus. (John 8:32, 36).
We should never forget the "Memorial" in Memorial Day. We should remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country and allowing us the freedoms we enjoy. Take the time to go to a Memorial Day service... it would also be a good lesson for your children.
