I was never much of a water drinker until I started adding fresh fruit to it. Now, I drink my 8 glasses plus some with no problem. I bought a water pitcher from QVC that has a hollow tube in the middle of it. The tube has strainer-like holes and can be filled with fruits/ veggies. It's awesome!
I fill up the tube with cut up fruits/veggies and then fill the pitcher with water. My favorite is strawberry, with cucumber coming in a close second. The special pitcher isn't required; just muddle some fruit in the bottom of a pitcher and fill; same effect. Yummy!
