    I actually love tracking my food but find that chewing gum MAKES me hungry. I think it's because I'm chewing and chewing and my stomach is waiting for something that never arrives. emoticon Tracking food is fun on SparkPeople.

    I used to do weight watchers and found that I have a hard time trying to find the time to track everything I do and everything I eat. I'm not sure how to stay focused where tracking is concerned. emoticon
