In the evening while I'm watching TV I used to have the habit of eating candy or sweets. It was painfully hard to find something to substitute. Everyone said try celery and carrot sticks for the crunch. But a cut up apple is sweet and is like candy to me. Leave the skins on for added vitamins.

Trying to adopt a healthier diet, I've been eating an apple daily. I have noticed some benefits. Not sure what took me so long to get with the program. :)

Isn't it amazing how awesome fresh fruit is? I mean, until I started trying to lose weight, I ate almost no fruit or vegetables. But once I started, I couldn't believe how much I was missing out. And fruit is definitely as good as some desserts!

I like to eat an apple or a sandwhich bag full of carrots before dinner so that im not ravenous when i sit down.
If I think I'm hungry, and it's not snack time or meal time, I eat an apple before anything else!!!!!!!!
