One of my nonfitness goals is to floss. I found that this also helps to curb my snacking. I'm less likely to eat out of boredom and think about what and when I'm eating when my teeth are clean. It may seem a little weird but I'll take it!

Nighttime seems to be when I "undo" all of my good work for the day. So now I immediately brush my teeth and floss so I get my choppers all nice and clean. With fresh, minty breath I don't want to eat something and ruin in all. Plus the minty taste will usually interfere with my sweet cravings. Not a good mix.
Equipment needed: A good toothbrush, floss and toothpaste. Benefits: Great dental hygiene and a minty fresh kisser! 212
We don't think twice about brushing our teeth atleast twice a day for good dental hygiene. So why do we have to think about exercising daily? Putting exercise in terms of a daily care routine has really helped me think differently and positively about the importance of exercising.
