This past week I had lower back troubles with pain
radiating down both legs down onto my feet. Never
in my life did I ever feel pain like this. I did research
and I am not a big fan of medicine, so I turned my complete
attention to Yoga and the different poses that target
pain in the body.
I went to www.yogaforbeginners.com and
learned in detail what all the poses and branches
of yoga really stood for at a beginners level.
Just the few poses I did the aching pain slowly went away.
Mountain pose, Half Moon pose, Dancer pose, and Cat pose gave me a great sense of relief! TRY IT!
