If you walk into a room or look at an item and the first thing you think is "I need to...", stop and do it if you have the time (if it will take 10 min or less). If not, put it on your calendar as a task and stick to it.
You will find that little by little, you get a lot done without being overwhelmed by having a huge task or list of jobs to complete.
