Take The Focus Off Of Weight




It may seem odd since this is a weight loss site, but it really does help to take the focus OFF of your weight, even for a while. Setting a goal of being X pounds by X date can be too much stress and pressure. It may make you focus on being perfect or tempt you to make unhealthy choices.

More Information:

I have four daily NON weight goals that I try to reach each day. I know if I consistently meet these goals that it will positively effect my weight, but it takes the stress out of stepping on the scale. I also only weigh and measure myself once monthly. It has SAVED my sanity!

    A Month (and a half) Without The Scale - Results:

    May 8 to June 13

    -1 lb

    -1.5" Waist
    -0.5" Hips
    -0.5" Neck
    -1.0" Thigh
    -2.0" Calf
    -1.0" Upper Arm

    I told myself I wouldn't weigh in. I would only focus on healthier eating and trying to get in as much walking as possible. I did not focus on weight. - by INNERBEWTY
