I find that the more I drink water, the more I enjoy, and even crave it. On those occasions when I feel I just want a soda, I squeeze a lime or lemon into a glass and pour sparkling water (from a glass bottle) over the juice. It is bubbly and has a nice flavor and has very few calories.

I used to drink coffee first thing in the morning, then cokes all day, until I ended up in the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack, which turned out to be an acid reflux from too much caffeine. I since have quite drinking cokes, and just drink my coffee in the morning ( I can't give up my coffee), and starting drinking more water and juices the rest of the day, but I still haven't lost weight. Its a start though :)

Cut Juice with Water or Club Soda/Seltzer/Sparkling Water
Juice can be high sugars and calories. However, if you cut it with water, it lasts longer, tastes less sweet, but just as satisfying, and keeps those calories in check. Instead of water, use club soda for a great soda substitute! I now only use a splash of juice for flavor.
