Reading is one of my hobbies. I always try to combine my weight loss efforts with things I love. To motivate me to lose weight I go to the library every week & get a diet book. I may never try that plan, but I love to read inspirational stories & I do learn a trick or 2 to put in my repetoire.

Understanding the reason for my overeating is very important to me. Reading books on this subject also helps me feel that I'm not alone in what I am going through. I've read articles and things on overeating, read books on emotional eating, etc. Books at the library are free. Read On!
