Just 10 minutes a day will do wonders for your body and your mental state. You can gradually build up time. Having a daily commit helps keep on track and helps you feel successful.
Last year I did 100 day exercise streak. It was a great accomplishment and helped me shed 19 lbs. Even though I made my minimum only 10 minutes a day lots of times I did lots more, I loved the way exercise made me feel.

Don't be scared to start small. If you've gotten off-track with your exercise, then re-start with 10 min exercise session. Start s streak of 10 min exercise session for a week, and you'll be ready to increase the time to 15, 20 then 30 mins.
