I am sensitive to artificial sweeteners. But I love sweet drinks, so i use Truvia. To satisfy my desire to eat more in the evenings, after I have eaten my calorie quota for the day, I will drink water with lemon juice and Truvia. It really works. . In addition it helps to cleanse my system.

I love to put lemon or a drink mix called Pure Lemon(its dehydrated lemon) into water, but it can be a tad bitter. I add one packet of Splenda to a 16 oz bottle of water to make a super low calorie lemonade that tastes better than any other lemonade(thats reasonable on calories)91
I carry in my purse single packet's of sugar free lemonade. I don't drink soda and prefer sugar free drinks. Some restaurants don't carry sugar free lemonades or tea's so if I have to add my singles packet to my water I save money and calories.
