Add lemon juice and Truvia to water.

More Information:

I am sensitive to artificial sweeteners. But I love sweet drinks, so i use Truvia. To satisfy my desire to eat more in the evenings, after I have eaten my calorie quota for the day, I will drink water with lemon juice and Truvia. It really works. . In addition it helps to cleanse my system.

  • What is Truvia? I would like to try it. - by GOANNA2
  • Stevia, the truly natural sweetener,is so healthy! Truvia is one of the brand names using the Stevia plant as well as Sweet Leaf and others. Stevia also comes in a liquid form and is so powerful, it only takes a few drops. When making a large pitcher of lemonade you may want to try the drops - they go a long way! Thanks for sharing to get the word out about this truly natural sweetener. emoticon - by 1LITTLEJO
  • I've been making "ARnold Palmer" . it is 1/2 crystal light lemonade and 1/2 crystal light iced tea. I\ve had a pitcher ready every day for a few days now. Even my hubby drinks it for supper I find it quite helpful right before supper when I start to get the "snackies". - by GOALIEGRANDMA3
  • I always add lemmon juice to my water. I have the lemmon juice package which I walk with when going out, so I can add one to a bottle of water.During the summer I would add two packages because the temperature is hotter. This helps to keep you cooler. emoticon - by IAMDESSIE
