Before pictures are great even if they hurt. You'll have something to compare results to. Don't forget to take pictures during your journey too. Its great to have pictures of doing active things, like hiking, walking, sports, etc. These moments will make you proud and motivate you even more.

    The pics may be humbling, but they are fantastic when put side-by-side with the 'after' pics! Click away! even if you don't post them on SP, keep them for yourself so YOU can see the differences!
