Before pictures are great even if they hurt. You'll have something to compare results to. Don't forget to take pictures during your journey too. Its great to have pictures of doing active things, like hiking, walking, sports, etc. These moments will make you proud and motivate you even more.

I love to post pictures of my "adventures" on my blog. Some day I might even create a montage of my all my activities and weight loss success.
