i traded my chair for a yoga ball. it is fun to sit there and bounce around on, do crunches, squats, and many more antsy pantsy exercises while you are computing! oh, maybe even swap the dining room chairs for yoga balls. burn the calories as they are being eaten!!

I go to a suspension class early in the morning twice a week and a lot of times I find myself needing to stretch. So while at my desk I cross my leg over and push my knee down talk about a great IT Band stretch! Or I sit Indian style in my chair behind my desk!
