When we camp we love smores. I have a food grinder. I grind DARK chocolate to almost a powder and put 1/2 teasoon on each bottom wafer. When you put on the hot mallow it all oozes to the edges and tastes really good.
I keep the chocolate in a small container in the fridge and it keeps for ages..
We also use this when i microwave Fresh pear halves and bananas and the flavour from such a small amount is a big surprise.
