When I am really having a hard time getting motivated to workout, I DVR one of my favorite shows or pop in my favorite movie and then pull the treadmill out in front of the tv. I am more likely to workout longer because I'm not thinking about walking I am thinking about my favorite show!!!

Choose a long show so you can keep going until the end of the show. I choose something that is at least an hour long.

    I also exercise while watch TV. I find I get into the show and aren't even aware of how hard I'm working. emoticon
