I Weigh Myself Every Day!

I know this goes against what everyone says, but I wake up in the morning, use the bathroom, then weigh myself. I know the number is going to fluctuate, but it keeps me accountable!

Weigh yourself at the same time every day, write it down, then average all the weigh-ins at the end of the week. This gives you a more accurate weight to work with.

    I do the exact same thing! If I see that I am up..I know I need to make changes that day. If I see that I am down, it encourages me to keep going and doing what I'm doing. I find it keeps me honest.

    Yep - I do the same thing! Pre-shower when I have no clothes weighing me down, too!!!!!

    Me too! I have noticed that if I weigh when I first get up then weigh again in about an hour, the scale is usually less the second time. I don't eat breakfast until about two hours after I get up so this works for me.
