I Weigh Myself Every Day!




I know this goes against what everyone says, but I wake up in the morning, use the bathroom, then weigh myself. I know the number is going to fluctuate, but it keeps me accountable!

More Information:

Weigh yourself at the same time every day, write it down, then average all the weigh-ins at the end of the week. This gives you a more accurate weight to work with.

  • Me too! I have noticed that if I weigh when I first get up then weigh again in about an hour, the scale is usually less the second time. I don't eat breakfast until about two hours after I get up so this works for me. - by JFANNY
