OK - I like the points I am not going to lie, however I love the fact of entering in the data in the morning. So one of the first things I do is drink all, yes, I mean all of my 64 ounces of water first thing in the morning so I can enter it. Now, everything else is simply bonus.

  • Not trying to be negative but the body can only process (for hydration purposes) 8 oz of room temp water every 20 min (8 oz cold water every hour) ... so if you are drinking more than that in those time periods then that water over 8 oz is going straight out of your body and not being used to hydrate which is what you need the water to do (among other things) so essentially it is being wasted.
